Super-healthy and super-easy to make! Make this savory side dish by sautéing nutrient-loaded kale with red onions and garlic, seasoning with Adobo and cooking for a few minutes more with protein-rich GOYA® Cannellini Beans.

Serves 6: Prep time: 5 min. Total time:15 min.
Serving Size: About ¾ cup (159g)

1 ½ tbsp. GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 small red onion, chopped
3 tbsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic
1 lb. baby kale
1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo Light All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, or to taste 1 can (15.5 oz.) GOYA® Cannellini, drained and rinsed


  • In large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, and cook until tender. Add garlic, and cook one minute more.
  • Stir in kale and season with Adobo. Partially cover pan, and cook until kale begins to wilt.
  • Stir in beans. Cook partially covered for two more minutes, until flavors have combined and kale is tender.

      I try to have beans or beans and rice twice a week. This is even better because the kale makes it healthier. ps- I also felt guilty because I repped a Bronx hamburger joint in the post before this one. What can I say. I like a good burger. 🙂
